Absentee Voting Information
For information regarding absentee voting the Peaine Township Clerk can be reached via email (email@example.com), or by phone at 231-448-3540 or 231-510-1091 (be sure to leave a message if calling either number). The Clerk's office hours at the Peaine Township Hall are Tuesdays from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Other than during office hours, the Clerk or Deputy Clerk can be found at the station weekdays from roughly 11:00am until 6:00pm. Blank absentee ballot applications can be picked up at the hall during office hours, or at the station. Blank applications can be mailed upon request. August 4th up to 2:00pm-request an absentee ballot by mail
August 6th up to 4:00pm vote via absentee ballot in the clerk's office
August 7th up to 4pm EMERGENCY absentee voting
I will hold office hours from 10am until 2pm on August 4th and 1pm to 4pm on the 6th.
Also note that the last day to register to vote in the August Primary is July 9th and I will be at the hall from 3pm-5pm that day.
